Acerca de la Universidad

In 2017, the Business and Information Technology School and the Berliner Technische Kunsthochschule merged to form a private university with branches in three different German cities. The University of Applied Sciences Europe works to train its graduates in such a way that they are able to succeed in a modern, global economy, and international employers recognize the weight of a diploma from a university with a membership in the Global University Systems. Students are able to study for a bachelor's degree or master's degree in fields such as communications, film, game design, business psychology, business management, journalism, or fitness and health. The Iserlohn campus of UE is both the

original campus and the administrative headquarters for the university. Since Iserlohn is a smaller city than neighboring Essen or Dortmund, students can enjoy a more relaxed pace of life and quick access to nature. Just around the corner from campus is Lake Seilersee where students can walk or cycle around the path, study or picnic in the grass, or just sit and admire the swans. For sports enthusiasts, there's a public pool and soccer field nearby, and a quick trip to the Dechenhöhle Caves gives students the opportunity to go spelunking. Iserlohn is rich in local history and culture which students can drink in by visiting Altena Castle or attending the annual Schützenfest. The small population makes it an ideal university town where students can study hard but also have plenty of opportunities for relaxation.
