The Szent István University (Hungarian: Szent István Egyetem, SZIU) is an agricultural science and veterinary university in Hungary, with its headquarters and main campus in the Central Hungarian town in Budapest. SZIU is one of Hungary’s most prominent institutions of higher education, consisting of eight different faculties for study and research that host approximately 15,000 students.
