Montana State University Billings (MSU Billings), established in 1927, is a state university. Academically, it offers a wide range of graduate and undergraduate degree programs across its 5 faculties; in addition to the privilege of distant leaning through online courses. Furthermore, a great deal of services and facilities are provided including; an academic support center, career services, child care, disability support services, housing services, student activities, a library and more. Student life at Montana State University Billings is unique, with the main campus in the downtown core of Billings with many walking - distance cultural, service, athletic and educational activities.

With a population slightly over 100,000 people, Billings, Montana is the largest city in the state. This can be hard to believe due to the city’s friendliness and laid-back atmosphere. Stunning beauty, overlooked by the Rimrocks sandstone formations, majestic mountain ranges, green valleys, pristine lakes and the mighty Yellowstone River, surrounds the city.
